Rollin Hugh Trouslot, 77, of Bracey, VA died Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at Community Memorial Health Center in South Hill, VA.

Mr. Trouslot was a native of San Francisco, CA, the son of the late Rollin Bert Trouslot, Jr. and Dorothy McDermott Trouslot. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Rollin was retired from IBM with 32 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Miriam H. Trouslot; two daughters, Beth T. Warren and her husband, Joe, of Wilson and Lynn Trouslot of Rochester, NY; three grandchildren, Ashley, Patrick and Leah Warren; and his sister, Marlene Courselle and her husband, James, of San Jose, CA.

Askew Funeral & Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids is handling the arrangements, where the family will receive friends Saturday, March 20, from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Crestview Memorial Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids with Rev. Craig Perry officiating.

The flag in front of the funeral home flies at half-staff in honor of Mr. Trouslot’s service to his country.
